In this video, Karen shows you a simple exercise to teach a horse how to stay out on the circle. Instead of always pushing the horse away, you can use a marker and teach the horse to go to the outside of the marker. This is a great way to show the horse what you want him to do while preserving his desire to come in to you. This exercise is great for young horses, or any horse who has formed a habit of cutting in or falling in on the circle.
