In This video, DN Instructor Shelby Hume shares an exercise called Reflex To Reset. It is an alternative to escalating pressure that uses patience and rhythmic repetition. This technique gives the horse time to think, and helps the rider stay as soft as possible while still keeping the intention of the suggestion.
