Karen teaches Shelley and Isabella as they play with improving their balance and self carriage. You will see a few weeks worth of progress. They use transitions, shoulder-in and attention to rider position to help create the lightness that was missing. Shelley and Isabella have a good foundation and were riding in connection, but were experiencing heaviness on the forehand and heaviness in the reins. In this video you will learn some exercises that Karen focuses on in order to develop more qualities of balance.
