In this video, you will see Karen start a ride on Natilla. She will narrate what she is thinking as she transforms Natilla’s body from ‘just trotting around’ to stretching in a let-loose posture, aligned and free on a circle. Karen shows how even a subtle use of the Basic Alignment exercise can have a big impact on how your horse will move. The idea is that we experiment, search, feel, and listen to our horse’s body, then enjoy and allow the horse to be there in freedom.
The demonstration is made even more impressive because Karen is riding Natilla bridle-less and in the middle of a 10-acre field!
