Your Guest Presenter is Sylvia Vitazkova Ph.D, CYT. You can learn more about her at Inbodiedliving.org. This video shows Sylvia leading a session to a group of students at one of Karen’s clinics in The Temenos. This video is edited so you can follow along and participate in the experience.
We highly recommend that you set aside the time to participate fully. You don’t need a mat - just a comfortable place to be able to take your shoes off and lay down. Sylvia will guide you to be more aware of your breath, and how to use it during movements in flow. This is for you regardless of whether or not you have previous yoga experience. We all can benefit from taking the time to find more stillness and awareness, and to play in the space between effort and ease.
