In this video, Karen coaches a student who asks for help. Her horse can get stuck and non-responsive to the aids. Karen has her do an exercise where she is completely follows the movement while Karen directs the horse. Gradually, that leadership is transferred back to the rider using the most minimal of aids. You will see the power of letting go and being more mentally and physically open. This is a great exercise for anyone at any level.
