In this video, Karen demonstrates how to begin teaching your horse to move sideways towards you. This is a prerequisite for doing the more advanced movement: Haunches-In from the ground.
Before doing this, you will want to make sure your horse is OK with sticks going over the top of him across midline, and that your hindquarter and forehand yields away from you are already good.
