Karen coaches two students through a favorite gymnastic pattern of picking up a canter from a counter bend. This pattern builds coordination, alignment and confidence in counter canter. At the end of the video we contrast one of the riders from when we saw them a year ago to appreciate their improvement! This video is excellent for anyone who has confident canter departs and wants to become more ready for counter canter, greater alignment and engagement, and prepare for flying changes.
