IIn this video Karen rides Solana to demonstrate the power of doing frequent transitions. Solana tends to be a bit sticky, with low responsiveness. This is an exercise that does not come naturally for her, so you will hear what Karen is thinking about to get a better result. Karen is using this exercise with Solana to improve her activity and balance during ‘down' transitions, and her readiness to respond to ‘up' transitions.
