This is a continuation of Part 1 with the same horse. Now Karen incorporates more movement to see if she can add energy, then return to relaxation easily. This is an important piece, as so many times horses like this can seem relaxed unless they are moving. We don’t want to have to choose between relaxation and movement. This video shows how Karen begins to show the horse that she wants her to feel relaxed while moving.
