This is a simple but very powerful exercise that will require great trust and feel, as it helps the horse to relax through the very sensitive poll area. This exercise is especially excellent for horses who have a head tilt. I must emphasize that this exercise must be done with great softness, clarity, and feel, or it would be easy to create tension instead of release it
