This video is the next step from the other video this month: Cloverleaf and Pole Box at Walk. In this video, DN Licensed Instructor, Michelle Young shows you how she uses a simple foundational pattern in a way that can improve the posture, alignment, coordination, and flexibility of her horse. This video adds the trot, and additional exercises to build communication and coordination. It takes simple patterns and shows you ways to play with them to start teaching your horse how to use his body. She narrates everything she is feeling and doing as she demonstrates.
